Custom 3D Prints for Adam B:

The Sasha & Megan Masks

Over the past two years, we’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with YouTuber Adam B, creating a range of custom 3D printed props that have become central to his hugely popular videos.

Two standout pieces are the Sasha and Megan masks:

The Sasha mask was designed from a single reference image and brought to life through detailed 3D modelling and hand-finishing, turning a flat concept into a fully realised character.

The Megan mask was developed by 3D scanning an existing mask, allowing us to replicate and refine the shape digitally before producing a durable, high-quality version for on-camera use.

Both masks have featured in multiple viral videos, each amassing millions of views, and have become recurring, fan-favourite characters on Adam’s channel.

This ongoing collaboration is a great example of how custom 3D printing can support creators in building strong visual identities and unforgettable content.

We’re proud to manufacture the QLine training aid for Mark Williams, one of the most respected and successful players in the world of professional snooker.

A three-time World Champion, Mark is known for his calm precision, tactical mastery, and decades-long presence at the very top of the sport. With multiple ranking titles and a place in snooker history, he continues to set the standard for excellence.

The QLine is a product we developed in close collaboration with Mark to support cue action training and alignment. Engineered for precision and durability, it helps players refine their technique and develop a consistent, accurate cue path—whether they’re practicing at a professional level or just starting out.

As a tool endorsed and used by one of the game’s all-time greats, the QLine is not just a product—it’s part of a champion’s routine.
 

CapAdaptor: Solving Real Problems for Artists Worldwide

The CapAdaptor was created through a unique collaboration between an artist insight and design innovation. Developed and manufactured by us, this tool was inspired by a conversation with Donal Doherty, founder of Pealball and a respected artist in his field.

While Donal was producing artwork at our premises, he shared his deep knowledge of the common issues faced by graffiti artists using existing cap adaptors—problems like poor fit, lack of control, and inconsistent performance.

Using his real-world experience as a starting point, we applied our engineering and product design expertise to address these flaws head-on. The result is the CapAdaptor: a purpose-built tool that delivers superior control, compatibility, and durability, making it easier for artists to focus on their craft.

Now trusted by artists across the globe, the CapAdaptor has been exported to 36 countries worldwide, quickly becoming a must-have in the graffiti and street art community.

Roblox GrabPack – In-House Product Design & Manufacture

This project highlights our capability to translate digital trends into high-quality consumer products. The Roblox GrabPack was fully designed, prototyped, and manufactured in-house, inspired by the popular aesthetics and functionality seen within the Roblox platform.

The product features robust, child-safe construction, functional grabber mechanisms, and adjustable wearability—resulting in a durable, engaging item targeted at the youth entertainment market. Its successful rollout demonstrates our expertise in product development for IP-inspired merchandise, combining creative design with practical production know-how.

This project reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering innovative, market-ready solutions for clients and our own product lines alike.
